Rates are for up to 6 guests unless otherwise agreed upon. Daily rentals subject to availability.

State tax of 12.5% plus a one time cleaning fee of $50 are not included in the above rates.
To confirm your reservation a $200 refundable deposit is required, $500 for special events.

Other rates are available for extended weekend and monthly stays, or a lease of 6 months or more.
